Eastern Waste Systems is Hiring a Handyman/Service Technician Near Pompano Beach, FL
Handyman/Service Technician:
Eastern Waste Systems is looking for a motivated maintenance/handyman to join our growing team. This is a full time position. The ideal candidate must be dependable and be able to fix most anything. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment, be neat, detailed oriented & self-sufficient. Must have a valid and current Driver’s License.
Must pass background check.
**Drug Free Workplace
Duties may include but not limited to:
- Conduct general facility maintenance and minor repairs as needed.
- Use forklift for loading and unloading assets.
- Working Knowledge of all basic hand tools and power equipment.
- Must be able to lift 75 lbs.
- Pressure washing & parking lot trash clean up.
- While performing the duties of this job, you are regularly exposed to outside weather conditions.
- Independent thinker with strong problem-solving and excellent communication skills.
- Knowledgeable in multiple trades.
- Perform repairs outside in residential communities.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
