Job Overview:

We are seeking compassionate individuals to join our team as Home Health Aides. As a Home Health Aide, you will play a vital role in providing essential care and support to individuals in need within their homes.

Responsibilities:

- Provide assistance with personal care tasks such as bathing, grooming, and dressing
- Assist with meal preparation and feeding
- Support clients with mobility and physical therapy exercises
- Perform light housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean and safe environment
- Monitor and report changes in client's health status to the supervising nurse
- Document care provided and observations in medical documentation systems

Requirements:

- Prior experience in patient care or assisted living is preferred
- Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures
- Ability to provide dementia care and support individuals with cognitive impairments
- Familiarity with catheter care and medication administration
- Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals
