The company creates, markets, and manages sports and recreation programs of all types. Some are camp and recreation-focused, while others are very large events. ESM caters to both youth and adult customers via indoor and outdoor activities, producing programs for families with children as young as 18 months of age to NCAA tournaments.

Eastern Sports Management is accepting applications for Finance Coordinator at its corporate headquarters in Fredericksburg, Virginia. The Finance Coordinator supports the Director of Finance in the day-to-day management of the finance department. The incumbent will perform a variety of administrative tasks and is expected to need little or no supervision after initial guidance. This part-time job is funded for not more than 25 hours per week. As Eastern Sports Management grows, full-time opportunities may become available.
- Manage Accounts Receivable
- Assist Finance Director as needed
