Services – Crossroads (crossroadsindustrialservices.com) 

Crossroads Industrial Services offers a custom array of solutions all along the supply chain continuum, for entrepreneurs launching their next big product, established businesses outsourcing assembly services, and government entities seeking broader support. 

Full-time position, Monday - Friday, 7 a.m. - 3:30 p.m. 

Will consider part-time or graduated onboarding schedules.

No nights or weekends! Full benefits!

What you'll do

• Assemble various electronic and mechanical units using a variety of hand tools
• Follow standard operating procedures to meet safety and quality requirements
• Maintain a clean and functional workstation 
• Suggest potential process improvements and notify supervisor of any material discrepancies
• Perform other related duties as assigned by the Product Manager and/or Line Leader.

Skills and qualifications

• Basic organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
• Must be self-motivated with the ability to work in a multi-tasking environment
• Ability to work independently, using basic hand tools and test equipment
• Knowledge of production / quality standards and assembly procedures / processes.

Education and Experience

• 1 year experience preferred.

Physical Requirements and Work Environment:

• Ability to remain at your workstation for long periods of time
• Ability to move objects weighing up to 30 pounds
• Work conditions are normal for a manufacturing environment
• Work environment requires the use of safety equipment, including but not limited to, eye safety glasses.
