Easter's Lock & Security Solutions is seeking a dispatcher / customer service representative. Responsibilities are but not limited to: handling incoming calls & e-mails, scheduling & dispatching of service technicians, input of customer information, updating job development and pricing of jobs upon completion in our service management system ( Service Titan ).
Job requirements are as follows: You must have previously dispatched with a service or trade company (i.e. HVAC, plumber, etc.) Job candidate must have outstanding communication skills, the ability to multi task, candidate will need to have great organizational skills, excel in a fast paced enviorment, and have geographic knowledge of the Maryland area.
