We are in search of a Property Manager to complement our team and would love to meet you!
In this role, you'll support the property management team with all matters relating to rental and homecare management along with different associations. The ideal candidate will focus on ensuring utmost satisfaction and loyalty among HOA members, owners, and guests by fostering a welcoming, comfortable, and relaxing environment. Responsibilities include overseeing 5 Home Owner Associations, managing 5 rental units, and coordinating and assisting with light maintenance and coordinating housekeeping services for guests, owners, and associations. Additionally, you'll play a pivotal role in driving the continued growth of our Vail Mountain Lodging division while effectively delegating tasks and coordinating with other divisions and external vendors.

Employment Status: Full Time, Year Round
Schedule: Monday - Friday, weekends as needed
Pay Rate: $50,000-$60,000 annually, depending on experience
