Position Title : Porter
Overview : The Porter is responsible for the general upkeep of the community by cleaning and preparing areas for residents and guests.
Essential Job Functions :
- Dust mopping and damp mopping floors, vacuum carpet areas, cleaning and sanitizing bathrooms including sinks, tubs and commodes.
- Collect trash in all areas of the facility.
- Complete project work including but not limited to stripping and refinishing, carpet shampooing, wall washing, window cleaning, pressure cleaning, car
washing, etc.
You Have :
- Prior housekeeping experience preferred.
- Previous experience in floor care is preferable, but on-site training is provided.
