👓 We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our leadership team as the Reservations Agent.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for inputting all reservations from multiple channels into the hotels Property.
• Management System in a timely manner.
• Responsible for assisting guests and group contacts in the fulfilling of their needs and requests with an efficient, courteous and professional level of service.
• Assists General Manager in the maximizing of room revenues and occupancies for the
• client.
• Promotes and applies teamwork skills at all times.
• Notifies appropriate individual promptly and fully of problems and/or unusual matters of significance.
• Is polite, friendly, and helpful to guests, management and fellow employees.
• Executes emergency procedures in accordance with hotel standards.

Qualifications:

• Associate degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school; or six months to one-year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of training and experience
• Ability to read, analyze and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures and government regulations.
• Ability to write reports, business correspondence and procedure manuals.
• Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers and the general public.
• Ability to apply concepts and principles of basic algebra and geometry.
• Knowledge of computer operations utilized in hospitality management.
• Ability to solve practical problems and interpret instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram or schedule form.
• Excellent communication skills – oral and written.
• Ability to work flexible schedule to include weekends and holidays.
