We’re Hiring! East Lincoln Animal Hospital is looking for a full-time veterinary technician/Assistant to join our team. In our veterinary technician position, you will find yourself learning each day within this progressive animal practice.

We are looking for an individual that not only shares our love for animals but is dedicated to upholding excellent customer service, continuing education and more. We know pets are a part of the family and we are dedicated to giving clients and their pets the best experience possible.

We are looking for a highly motivated individual who is a competent multi-tasker and detail oriented. Applicant must be self-motivated and is expected to provide exceptional pet care.

At least two years’ experience in the veterinary technician field is required. Professional, good under pressure and skilled is a must.

Tasks Include:

• Providing general nursing care
• Examining animals and checking vitals in preparation for the Veterinarian
• Taking X-rays of animals
• Administering medication and treatments
• Drawing blood samples for testing
• Monitoring animals under anesthesia
• Communicating with our clients about their pet
