East Hills VW Subaru in Sayville is seeking a full time, experienced Parts Counterperson.

Job Description

· You must meet monthly forecasts and profitability

· Ensure inventory is available when needed by the service department

· Must communicate special order receipt to clients to maintain impeccable customer satisfaction

· Ensure that inventory systems are performing well

· Must solicit and maintain relationships with wholesale business accounts

· Must ensure the coding of parts so the dealership can claim a complete refund for unused factory stock.

· Must assist with the adjustment of stock to curtail accumulation of unused or old parts.

Job Requirements

· 2 years automotive parts experience

· Must be computer proficient required

· Must be able to work in a team environment while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
