**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a Host/Cashier to join our team in a hospitality setting. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring a positive guest experience.

**Duties:**

- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival

- Assist guests with seating arrangements

- Manage reservations and waitlists efficiently

- Handle cash and card transactions using POS systems

- Answer phone calls and inquiries in a professional manner

- Collaborate with the restaurant staff to ensure smooth operations

- Maintain cleanliness and organization at the host stand

**Requirements:**

- Prior experience in a customer service role, preferably in a restaurant or hotel environment

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective guest relations

- Proficiency in POS systems, specifically Toast POS, is a plus

- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure during peak hours

- Excellent phone etiquette and problem-solving abilities
