Time Type: Full time Department: Human Resources All Locations: East Boston Description: The Project Assistant for Human Resources Employee Health and will assist with uploading paper files to our electronic record systems. This role involves a variety of clerical tasks, but the primary focus will be administrative support for HR and Employee Health. This role will also include process improvement activities. This is an excellent opportunity for anyone who is looking to get experience working in Human Resources and build their resume! Schedule is Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Uploading files Tracking administrative tasks and duties 50% assisting HR, 50% assisting Employee Health Qualifications and Requirements: HS Diploma/GED required Good communication and organizational skills.
