**Overview:** We are seeking a detail-oriented Dental Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing front desk tasks and providing excellent customer service in a dental office setting. **Duties:** - Greet patients and visitors in a courteous and professional manner - Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries promptly - Schedule patient appointments using Eaglesoft or similar software - Verify insurance information and process payments - Maintain patient records and ensure accuracy of information - Assist with medical scheduling and coordination of patient services - Uphold HIPAA compliance standards in all interactions - Provide administrative support to the dental office staff **Qualifications:** - Experience working in a dental office or similar healthcare environment preferred - Proficiency in Eaglesoft or other dental practice management systems - Knowledge of medical terminology and patient service best practices - Familiarity with front desk operations and phone systems - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic healthcare environment, providing essential support to patients and staff alike.
