As a member of our front desk team, you are the first point of contact for members coming in for a workout. You will greet members and guests, answer phones, schedule appointments, and perform other administrative tasks to ensure that the gym runs smoothly.

Responsibilities include:

• Scheduling appointments with clients to start new membership or follow up on past memberships
• Monitoring the front desk and answering incoming calls, greeting customers as they enter the gym, and answering questions about the facility’s services
• Processing membership applications and fees, collecting insurance information, and issuing memberships
• Taking care of basic customer service tasks such as answering phones, greeting clients by name, and checking in members
• Updating member records with new contact information and payment details
• Maintaining membership records and processing fees as directed by management
• Collecting payment from members for gym services rendered
• Explaining facility policies and procedures to new members and helping them get acquainted with the facility
