Earned Exits is seeking a dynamic, detail-oriented Client Account Manager. Earned Exits business brokers are national experts for selling companies with $1 million to $40 million of revenue in 17 industries. With our majority women-owned and led business, our sales team is the nation’s best, resulting in the need to support our lead Partner to take a listed client through the process of selling their business to closing. Our hope is to grow this position into a protégé of our lead Partner over time, resulting in a huge opportunity for unlimited growth for this client account manager!
The Client Account Manager will play a crucial role in supporting our partners in sales efforts by communicating and scheduling with sales Leads and working with our easy customer relationship management software. Once leads become Clients, the role is to manage buyers interested in buying our clients’ businesses. This involves various responsibilities such as listing client businesses on various marketing channels, facilitating buyer/client calls, and scheduling and tracking buyer due diligence. This role requires excellent project management skills, attention to detail, and highly effective communication skills. Just as important, we love what we do, we want to have lots of fun at work, and we want to help entrepreneurs with their most meaningful exit from their business.

Required Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field to the role (or equivalent experience) or Real Estate license.
· Exceptionally strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and stakeholders.
· Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Outlook and the basics of Excel and Word.
· Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
· Strong interest in working with successful entrepreneurs.
· Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications:
· Experience working with Canva Pro, Calendly, PipeDrive, Trello (or other project management software), and Dropbox
· Enough knowledge about football (or the desire to learn) to play Fantasy Football with our team
Benefits:
· Salary: $70,000; On-target earning: $120,000 ($2,500 bonus payout for each deal closed by the brokerage – targeted total bonus is $50,000 per year).
