The agency is currently accepting applications for a full-time Fiscal Clerk/Accounts Payable position located in Butler County. The position will provide support in relation to childcare provider billing and payments. The position will ensure provider files are maintained in accordance with state procedures. Job duties include ongoing communications with childcare providers to ensure program compliance and accurate payments. Special projects involving collaboration with other staff members will be an ongoing part of the job.

Applicants must have a basic knowledge of Excel. This position requires excellent data entry, organization, and communication skills as well as being comfortable working with numbers. Applicant must be detailed oriented and able to follow multi-step instructions to perform daily tasks. This position requires experience using Microsoft Office Applications such as Excel, Outlook, and Word.

Associate degree preferred but not required.
