Position Qualifications:

Previous experience as a Center Director or Assistant Director in a licensed child care center working with children ages 5 and younger is required.

Responsibilities and An Average Day:

As a leader on our team, you will be responsible for ensuring a well run school that is in compliance with all program policies and regulations. An average day for a manager on our team may include:

• Opening or Closing the building, greeting teachers, children, and families,
• Observing classrooms for high quality interactions and coaching the implementation of our curriculum,
• Leading tours and enrollment initiatives to ensure center capacity
• Planning school events,
• Filling in for classroom teachers,
• Holding staff accountable and ensuring proper documentation
• Handling administrative duties like creating the newsletter, leading enrollment meetings, filing paperwork, responding to emails, or leading regulatory visits
• .... and of course, passing out stickers, hugs, or high fives to bring smiles to children every day!
