Responsibilities: Our leadership team is responsible for the full daily success and growth of our schools. In overseeing daily operations, an average day as a leader may include:

*Greeting teachers, children, and families and ensuring a positive experience.

*Observing and coaching classrooms for high quality lesson plans and interactions.

*Ensuring program and staff accountability for all policies and regulations.

*Handling administrative duties like creating the newsletter, responding to emails, hiring, managing enrollment, running errands, parent communication, etc.

*Leading community events as part of our mission to give back locally.

*Strategic planning to help with company growth and expansion.

*....and of course, you will also be a fun and loving leader for our children by giving high fives, hugs, and passing out scratch-and-sniff stickers to our kiddos each day!

Qualifications: We don't require a degree or CDA but we do require prior experience in this role. All Center Director and management candidates must have at least 1 year of LEADERSHIP and SUPERVISORY experience in a licensed child care center serving children 4 years old and younger.
