We are seeking a Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a medical office and possess excellent clerical and organizational skills.

Duties:
- Greet patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage patient records
- Access patient charts, scan documents, and maintain accurate records
- Order office supplies and maintain inventory

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Attention to detail with a focus on accuracy
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
