EagleView provides the most accurate data, enabling customers in the government, construction, solar and insurance industries to make timely, informed, and better decisions.

Overview:
EagleView is hiring an Inside Sales Representative to support our Government division. Reporting to the Senior Director of Sales Support, the Inside Sales Representative (ISR) is responsible for lead follow up, prospecting, and renewal of county and municipal accounts within North America. The ISR will work closely with District Sales Managers, Regional Technical Managers, and sales support roles within the Government business unit. This role is based out of our Rochester, NY location.
Responsibilities:
  • Present the value of EagleView technology to accounts with integrity, professionalism, and knowledge.
  • Call on either existing customers who already know and trust EagleView or new leads who have reached out looking to explore our solutions.
  • Utilize your personality and energy to connect with people and position yourself as a consultant.
  • Successfully discover pain points and qualify leads to collaboratively close opportunities.
  • Consistently strive to improve selling skills by working with manager, peers, and senior closers.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
  • Previous experience in an outbound call center or a related sales position preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software such as Salesforce.com
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Good organizational skills and the ability to multitask
  • Excellent phone and cold calling skills
  • Strong listening and sales skills
  • Ability to achieve targets

All Fulltime (30 hours) employees are eligible for PTO, Sick and Parental Leave; Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance; 401(k) Plan; Health Savings Account and Health Reimbursement Accounts; Life Insurance; Employee Assistance Program. This is a full-time, onsite, position based out of our Rochester, NY office with a base compensation of $17 - $21.63/hour and commission eligible targeted between $15,000 - $20,000, based on experience.
