Eagle Vision is Hiring an Optician (experience preferred) Near Carson, NV

Optician (experience preferred)

Experienced optician needed for a well-established fast-paced optometry office in Carson City. Must be available to work Monday - Friday as well as Saturdays (half a day).

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Answering phones
  • Making appointments
  • Verifying and billing insurances
  • Optical sales of glasses
  • Dispensing and adjusting glasses

Compensation is between $15 and $24/hr. Pay is dependent on experience.

Matching 401K, bonuses, 6 paid holidays, paid vacation, and personal time off are provided. Full medical, full dental and full vision benefits are provided.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

  • High school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Valid driver's license required.
  • Direct customer service experience is required.
  • Employer conducts a background check and drug test.
  • Prior experience as an optician or in optometry is strongly preferred.

This position is on-site only. No remote work is available.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
