Responsibilities :

• Develop and maintain positivesupportive relationships withclients.
• Implement care plans to meetindividual needs.
• Promote the independence andsocial skills of clients.
• Accompany clients toappointments and community outings.
• Observe anddocument client progress.
• Ensure the safety andwellbeing of clients at alltimes.

Requirements :

• Priorexperience in a similar role.
• Minimum of a HighSchool Diploma or equivalent.
• Must possess avalid Pennsylvania Criminal Clearance (obtained within the lastyear).
• Recent Physical Examination (within thelast 6 months).
• 2 Step PPD or Quantiferon test(within the last year).
• Current CPR and FirstAidcertification.
