Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Flex Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in security and be able to adapt to various work environments.
Responsibilities:
- Provide security services for a wide range of clients and locations
- Patrol assigned areas on foot or in a vehicle to ensure personal, building, and equipment security
- Respond to alarms and emergencies promptly
- Monitor and authorize entrance and departure of employees, visitors, and other persons
- Write comprehensive reports outlining observations and activities during assigned shifts
- Maintain a high level of visibility to deter illegal activities
Experience:
The successful candidate should possess some of the following skills:
- First aid certification
- Knowledge of law enforcement procedures
- CPR certification
- Experience in loss prevention
- Security-related certificate or training
- Military experience is a plus
- Familiarity with CCTV systems
- Proficiency in conflict management techniques
- Ability to conduct surveillance operations
