We are committed to delivering excellence in security services, and we're seeking a talented Security Operations Manager to lead our team and uphold our commitment to safety and security. As a Security Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our security operations, including personnel management, risk assessment, and incident response. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement security policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices. - Manage a team of security professionals, including hiring, training, and performance management. - Develop and implement security protocols and procedures to safeguard company assets and personnel. - Conduct risk assessments and security audits to identify vulnerabilities and recommend solutions. - Coordinate with external vendors and law enforcement agencies as needed. - Lead incident response efforts, including investigating security breaches and coordinating remediation activities. - Stay current on emerging threats and security technologies to continuously improve our security posture. - Collaborate with other departments to integrate security into business processes and initiatives. - Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Security Management, Criminal Justice, Information Security) Military or equivalent experience. - Minimum of 2 years of experience in security operations, with 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role. - Strong understanding of security principles, practices, and technologies. - Experience developing and implementing security policies and procedures. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels. **Benefits:** - Competitive salary commensurate with experience - Comprehensive health and vision insurance - Paid time off and holidays - Professional development opportunities **How to Apply:** If you're passionate about security and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you!
