Responsibilities

• Checks master schedule and work orders, establishes priorities, and changes schedule according to projects, work order specifications, established priorities, and availability or capability of workers, parts, material, machines, and equipment.
• Reviews appropriate production schedules for the lines responsible for to ensure correct equipment setups have been made and appropriate packaging material are present for efficient productivity.
• Ensure that all material and packaging are correct and met all the customer and Company specifications
• Ensure adequate housekeeping in the work area throughout the day to include maintaining and cleaning machine(s) before and after each shift
• Monitors all products in process and/or finished to be packed to ensure best quality standards are being met with the control/retains out in the operation
• Make sure all materials are properly counted, weighed, and labelled with correct label information for all product lines
• Oversee efficient and safe operation of all equipment on the line
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite in addition to knowledge of manufacturing processes and procedures.
• Experience with Food Safety Audit expectations and requirements preferred
