Job Description Summary

The Senior Business Analyst role is a senior level position, requiring technical skills to carry out complex system analysis, design, testing and documentation. The candidate will have the professional experience required to work directly with the user community, reviewing assigned business processes from end-to-end to identify and address operational, financial, and technical risks, providing recommendations, analysis and system-based solutions. Taking general directions from the Director of Application Development, the candidate will be responsible for various sized projects, assist with escalated day-to-day issues, and will work as a team member and/or individually.

• A college degree is preferred, with 5 years’ experience working on large scale project, as well as handling day-to-day operation requests from the business.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills required.
• Proven organizational skills, including the ability to multi-task. Must be able to prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate, investigate, research, troubleshoot, resolve, and document with all levels of management and staff.
• Data analysis – Must have proficiency with SQL, Microsoft Excel
• Basic Understanding of EDI required.
• Basic Understanding of Trade Performance Management preferred.
• Experience with integration of data between disparate systems required.
• Experience with the Consumer Package Goods (CPG)/Food & Beverage Industry, preferred.
• Preference will be given to candidates with experience with any of the following systems or certifications: Infor/M3, Infor User Experience Tools, Trade Performance Management (TPM, Six Sigma, CPIM.
