Resident Care Night Supervisor

Full-Time: 64 hours per 2 week pay period

Available Shifts:These positions participate in an occasional weekend on-call to assist withstaffing.

NOC: Sunday - Thursday 11 pm-7 am

RCA Night Supervisor

Eagle Crest Communities is seeking a Night Supervisor to lead the team at Eagle Crest South. In thisrole the successful candidate will supervise the overnight care team, ensuringthat residents receive proper care and treatment, that their health and safetyare protected and promoted, and that their rights are respected.

What You’ll Do

• Responsible for the facility during their shift
• Responsible for the personnel duties of theovernight care team
• Perform all essential functions and requirementsof a Resident Care Assistant
• Responsible for communicating with care teams,and assisting with coordinating and implementing programs and services providedto individual residents.
• Uphold the Mission Statement of Bethany LutheranHomes, Inc. and perform all duties in a manner consistent with Bethany LutheranHomes, Inc. Core Values.

What You’ll Need

• 3 years of Resident Care Assistant experience,preferred
• Must demonstrate strong communication andinterpersonal skills
• Must possess supervisory/leadership qualitiesand abilities, time management and assessment abilities
• Must be at least 21 years of age and exhibit thecapacity to respond to the needs of the residents and manage the complexity ofthe CBRF
• Must have basic computer skills (e-mail,internet, Microsoft Office), experience with electronic recordkeeping preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent required

Our Wages

• Based upon previous experience andqualifications.
• Increases upon orientation completion.
• We also offer a $0.75/hr PM, $3.00/hr NOC, Plusweekend shift differential as well as on-call and pick-up incentives.
