Full-Time and Part-Time Opportunities

Full-Time: 64 hours per 2 week pay period

Casual Call: Build your own schedule - 3 shifts a month; 2on the weekend, plus on-call rotation

Part-Time: 24 hours per 2 week pay period

Available Shifts:Days of the week may vary and will include varied weekends and holidays. Thesepositions enjoy every other weekend and every other holiday off!

AM: 6:00am-10:00am, 7:00am-2:00pm, and 6:45am-3:15pm

PM: 5:00pm-10:00pm, 6:00pm-10:00pm, and 3:00pm-11:15pm

NOC: 11:00pm-7:00am

High Acuity AssistedLiving Resident Care Assistant

Eagle Crest Communities is seeking a Resident Care AssistantIn this role to support the residents in our high acuity assisted living apartments.This type of apartment is designed to accommodate those whose needs are greaterthan care available in a traditional assisted living environment yet do notrequire skilled nursing care. Here, we have arange of residents that are independent to others who require mechanical lifts,assistance with medication administration, and other activities of dailyliving.

What You’ll Do

• Assist residents with personal cares, dailyactivities while helping them maintain as much independence and dignity aspossible
• Provide dressing, bathing and bathroomassistance
• Transport residents to meals and activities,documentation of daily care, and a variety of other tasks.
• Communicate and interact with residents, theirfamilies, and other departments to create an environment that focuses onresident safety and well-being.

What You’ll Need

• Previous direct care experience, preferred
• Certified Nursing Assistant training and/orexperience (any State), preferred
• CBRF Certification, preferred

Our Wages

• Our starting wages are between $18.00 and$21.00 per hour, based on your experience and qualifications.
• Certifications are not required - we will trainthe right fit for our team!
• We also offer a $3.00 NOC, $0.75 PM, $ 2.00weekend shift differential, and incentive pay.
• We pay for performance! Performance reviews 3-6months after you start and again at least annually.

Qualifications forHigher Starting Pay

• Certified Nursing Assistant training (in any state)
• CNA, Resident Care, or Home Health Experience
• CBRF Certification(s)
• Full Time Positions
