SUMMARY/GENERAL ACCOUNTABILITY
The Director of Information Technology upholds the e3 vision within all aspects of IT. The Director of IT oversees all information technology activities, stewarding the IT strategic plan and overseeing the Information Technology Department. This position will report to the VP of Operations and serve as a key member of the Senior Leadership Team.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

Oversee IT operations and supervise systems and IT staff
Develop strategy as it relates to the e3’s IT infrastructure (computer and information systems, security, communication systems)
Develop, manage, and track the IT department's annual budget
Consult stakeholders across e3 (other departments as well as field staff) to identify technology needs and to optimize the use of information technology
Ensure smooth delivery and operation of IT services by monitoring systems performance
Create processes and standards for selection, implementation, and support of systems
Provide direction, guidance, and training to IT staff
Building and maintaining relationships with external vendors
Managing IT Projects
Ensure issues are resolved in a timely manner
Performs other duties as assigned.
COMPETENCY REQUIREMENTS:
Skills/Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
2-3 years of experience working in IT operations, managing information technology projects
Excellent understanding of computer systems, security, network and systems administration, databases and data storage systems, and telecommunications systems
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to effectively communicate with teams across the entire organization
Excellent leadership and decision-making skills
Strong knowledge of project management principles
Experience in web development with proficiency in coding
