Location Note: Hybrid 1 days/week on-site required

Position Description:
E-volve Technology Systems, Inc. is hiring a senior level Application Developer to support end-to-end solutions development in an Agile environment. This position requires advanced level development experience for new builds and system enhancements and demonstrated troubleshooting and resolution experience to support stakeholders and decision makers in a mission critical environment. Qualified candidates will have prior work experience supporting full development lifecycle including implementation, maintenance, and support. Experience working with containerization technologies is preferred.

Duties and responsibilities:

• Work as part of a technical team meeting current business needs for operating systems and developing solutions for future technical enhancements
• Support complex work assignments and deliverables building high-performance applications in an Agile development environment
• Support technical analysis, troubleshooting, and resolution
• Identify and implement system updates and enhancements 
• Support program metrics to meet deliverable schedules
• Support program documentation and compliance documentation, as needed

Education and qualifications:

• U.S. citizenship
• Current TS/SCI security clearance
• Current CI polygraph or ability to obtain CI polygraph
• 8 years of related applications and website development experience with Javascript, HTML, and CSS
• Experience working with containerization technologies such as Docker
• Development experience with NodeJS and .NET frameworks
• Experience working with full-stack frameworks building modern web applications such as ExpressJS, NestJS, NextJS and Spring
• Experience building solutions with SQL/NoSQL databases such as PostgreSQL, MongoDB, mySQL and Redis
• Experience maintaining and developing program documentation
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills
• Ability to support on-site hybrid schedule

• Experience working with ElasticSearch and tools within the ELK stack is preferred
• Experience with Business Intelligence and web analytics is a plus
