MAX BILL RATE : $24 / Hr
Hours :
TEMP Hours : Monday-Friday 10 : 30am-6 : 30pm
Once converted (pending attendance, performance, etc) : Sunday-Thursday : 10 : 30-6 : 30pm
MUST HAVE ON RESUME OR IN CHATE FEATURE ON JOB SEEKER PROFILE :
HS diploma
Experience working in a fast-paced environment, and multi-tasking (answering 80-100 email in the first 4 hours of the shift)
2 years in a customer service role (in food / hospitality industry is preferred), resolution and problem-solving skills is a MUST
working with customers over the phone (problem solving- around 15 calls per shift)
ideally not call center experience, but will review.
The Customer Service Representative will interact with customers via phone and emails to ensure a smooth and positive experience.
This position requires a high level of attention to detail, excellent customer service skills, the ability to multi-task, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
You will provide sales support to our Sales consultants and Account Executives to help them resolve all customer needs as quickly and accurately as possible.
