Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse to join our healthcare team. As an LPN, you will play a vital role in providing quality patient care and assisting in the coordination of healthcare services. Responsibilities:

- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare professionals

- Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes or abnormalities

- Assist with patient assessments and document findings

- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans

- Provide education and support to patients and their families

- Ensure compliance with infection control protocols and maintain a safe environment for patients

- Utilize electronic health record systems, such as eClinicalWorks, to accurately document patient information

- Assist with various medical procedures, including laboratory testing, dermal fillers, botulinum toxin treatment, and neonatal ventilator support

- Provide health coaching and guidance to patients for optimal wellness

- Provide basic life support in emergency situations

Requirements:

- Valid LPN license in [state]

- Proficient in aseptic technique and infection control practices

- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written

- Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary healthcare team

- Experience in senior care is preferred but not required
