Position Overview:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and results-driven Controller to oversee all financial aspects of our organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, hold a CPA designation, possess private equity experience, and demonstrate exceptional leadership and management skills. Experience with a recurring revenue or SAAS business models would be favorable. The Controller will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial reporting, compliance with regulatory standards, and strategic financial planning.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; Master's degree preferred.

· CPA (Certified Public Accountant) designation is required.

· Proven experience in a Controller or similar role, preferably within the technology or healthcare industry.

· Strong knowledge of GAAP and ASC, with the ability to apply principles effectively.

· Demonstrated experience in private equity transactions, acquisitions and financial management.

· Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $100,000.95 - $120,068.75 per year
