Job Description:

Role: Financial Controller

Location: Northvale, NJ (Hybrid)

Job type: Full Time/Permanent
Responsibilities

· Assisting with the production of monthly management accounts for group companies

· Responsibility for maintaining the fixed asset register

· Monthly stock reconciliation and usage for R&D and, ultimately, customers

· Preparation of raising supplier invoices

· Responsibility for Balance Sheet reconciliations and upkeep of the general ledger

· Assisting with preparation and analysis of monthly results and KPIs

· Work with the Group CFO to drive improvements and efficiency

· Supporting the preparation of the budgeting and forecasting

· Assisting with the year-end audit process.

· Experience dealing with Stakeholders

· Purchasing/working with PO’s

· Consolidation of accounting system across UK, US and Canada

Qualifications

· Confident in working with senior stakeholders within the business

· Analytical skills, organizational skills and strong attention to detail

· Strong interpersonal and communication skills

· Previous experience within Startup finance team in a diagnostic or life science company would be highly preferable

· Qualified Accountant (CPA, CA, or CIMA)

· Advanced Excel skills

· Authorized to work in the US for any employer

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $100,000.95 - $120,068.75 per year
