We have a great opportunity for an Food Assembly on 2nd shift. Hours of operation are Monday-Thursday 4:15pm-2:45am with over time on Fridays. Starting pay is $19.00 per hour plus $1.25 shift differential.

- Execute assigned food safety, quality and continuous improvement ensuring to support SQF requirements, regulatory requirements and customers requirements.
- Follow good manufacturing practices (GMP’s).
- Follow Policies and Procedures of E.A. Sween Co.
- Assist in providing a friendly positive work environment.
- All products are to be produced to recipe specification, using standard work as a guideline on how to perform each position on the line.
- Make sure that all products are being produced to recipe/appearance specifications.
- Before production runs must complete the sign off sheet verifying that all raw materials are according to the recipe.
- Pulls rejected products off the discharge belt of the Multivac in a timely manner.
- Be able to perform assigned rotation
- Properly place the meat or cheese on the sandwich following standard work.
- Inspect raw materials for quality and communicate any deviations.
- Notify maintenance immediately if problems arise with equipment.
- Verify the material you are using is correct, sign off of recipe verification check off sheet.
- Verify slicing equipment is set up to deliver correct quantity and appearance.
- Assure all products are being produced to recipe specification.
- All hires will need to successfully pass a drug screen and background check
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must be able to bend, twist, turn, push, pull
- Must be able to work in cool conditions, 35- 45 degrees
- Must be able to lift 30 lbs.
- Must be able to reach over head
- Must be able to be on feet majority of the day
- Must be able to keep up with manufacturing speeds
- Must be able to work with others
- Must be able to handle repetition
