We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Individual ,as a Sales and Customer Service Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, promoting and selling our products, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Duties:
- Answer/Transfer calls.
- Greet customers.
- Handle customer inquiries, Provide product information.
- Make follow up calls to customers on a daily basis
- Create UPS, USPS shipping labels.
- Maintain a clean and organized sales Showroom
- Input orders using Quick Books.
- Filing Invoices
- Process payments
Qualifications:
- Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills
- Bilingual in Spanish
- Strong communication skills
- Organizational skills

Pay: From $17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
