The e-Commerce Operations Specialist will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing the day-to-day operations of our e-commerce platform. This role will involve collaborating with all our warehouses to troubleshoot issues with order delivery, lead time and cancellations, ensuring seamless order fulfillment, optimizing product listings, and collaborating with various teams to enhance the overall customer experience. The incumbent will ensure an efficient flow of information from product origin to destination using our Amazon Seller Central (B to C) and Vendor Central accounts (B to B). Answer customer questions about our products and handle support cases as well as process A-Z and SAFE-T Claims through our online accounts.

• Handle buyer messages through our Amazon Seller Central account.
• Monitor the order fulfillment process from receipt to delivery, ensuring timely and accurate shipment of customer orders.
• Troubleshoot any issues related to order processing or shipment delays.
• Resolve issues associated with product returns and cancellations.
• Coordinate with e-Commerce Team to optimize product listings on our e-commerce platform to improve visibility, conversion rates, and search engine rankings.
• Process A-Z and SAFE-T Claims
• Create cases with Amazon for listings.
• Work with our internal team to provide documentation for suspended online listings.
• Maintain good standing on Seller Central’s Account Health performance.
• Monitor customer feedback and inquiries related to e-commerce operations, addressing issues promptly and effectively.
• Identify areas for improvement in the customer journey and work cross-functionally to implement solutions that enhance the overall shopping experience.

• 1 years of Amazon Vendor Central and/or Amazon Seller Central.
• High School diploma or one year of warehouse operations experience with some e-commerce experience.
• Proactive mindset with a passion for driving continuous improvement and delivering outstanding customer experiences.
• Problem-solving, Organized, Adaptability, detail oriented, Time management, Multitasking and Team player.
• Excellent communication skills verbal and written, plus phone etiquette.
• Highly developed sense of integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction.
• Clear understanding of supply chain and warehouse shipping, operations, and Logistics.
• Team player and willingness to learn, grow and implement ideas.
• Experience in the Medical Supply Industry.

For candidates meeting all the requirements, the expected base salary is $50,000 to $55,000 per year. The range provided is the salary that Dynarex Corporation in good faith believes at the time of this posting that it is willing to pay for the advertised position. Exact compensation will be determined based on individual candidate qualifications and experience.
