Job Description:

DynamIQ Inc. is seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Associate to join our team as a Merchant Services Specialist. As a key member of our sales force, you will play a crucial role in promoting and selling our cutting-edge program and hardware solutions to businesses, while also providing exceptional customer service and support.

Responsibilities:

• Learn and master the ins and outs of DynamIQ Inc.'s program and hardware solutions.
• Develop a deep understanding of merchant services and how they can benefit businesses of all sizes.
• Prospect, qualify, and close new business opportunities within a designated territory or network, including reaching out to family and friends who own businesses.
• Conduct thorough needs assessments with potential clients to understand their specific requirements and pain points.
• Present customized solutions to prospects, effectively communicating the value proposition of DynamIQ Inc.'s offerings.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing ongoing support and guidance to ensure their satisfaction and retention.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams, including customer service, technical support, and product development, to address client needs and concerns.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market developments, and competitor offerings to maintain a competitive edge.

• Previous experience in sales, preferably in merchant services or a related field.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively, with a strong sense of self-motivation and initiative.
• Tech-savvy, with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new programs and hardware.
• Willingness to travel within the designated territory as needed.
• Familiarity with small business owners or networks is a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred.
