Responsibilities:

• Assists Senior Developer with creation of software solutions by studying requirements,analysis and information needs, conferring with customers and IT Management; studyingsystems flow, data usage, and work processes; perform software design using softwaredevelopment fundamentals and processes, debug, test, and deploy software solutions.
• Assists the Senior Database Developer in monitoring and maintaining relational databasemanagement systems (RDMS) to optimize database performance, resource use, andphysical implementations of databases.
• Assists Senior Developer in the modification and maintenance of codes and scriptsrequired for all systems/applications supported within WMSR technical environment.
• Assists in the documentation through development of documentation, flowcharts, layouts,diagrams, charts, code comments and clear code.
• Assists with test review and analysis, test witnessing and certification of developedsoftware.
• Assists with monitoring and managing database backups, logs, and journals; install,maintain, and upgrade database software, restore and/or recover data as required.

Requirements:

• One to three (1-3) years demonstrated experience as a Programmer / Developer in theanalysis, design, hands-on development and delivery of applications.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance. Candidate must at minimum have aInterim Secret to start on client site.
• IAT Level Certification : CompTIA Security CE certification.
• Demonstrated experience of various COTS software/hardware, and network products;Windows OS, SQL, MS Office, etc.
• Demonstrated experience as a SharePoint Developer in the analysis, design, hands-ondevelopment and delivery of web-based applications.
• Demonstrated programming experience with PowerShell, Visual Studio .Net, JavaScript,SharePoint Designer, InfoPath, Web Parts, and workflow creation.
