Dynamic Solutions Technology, LLC, a premier strategic services firm that meets IT and Service needs for commercial and government clients. We are is seeking a full-time Program Task Lead to support DoD customer based in the Washington, DC area of operations.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and direct tasks
• Expert knowledge of Systems Development Lifecycle Support, process improvement, cost estimating/software benefit-cost analysis, and enterprise risk management.
• Review service performance reports identifying any significant issues and variances, initiating, where necessary, corrective actions and ensuring that all outstanding issues are followed up.
• Perform supervisory duties to monitor and evaluate performance, establish priorities, adjust workload and advise and counsel subordinates.
• Determine resource requirements and costs
• Prepare and produce schedules
• Assign tasks to subordinates
• Monitor progress of tasks and preparing progress reports
• Review products before delivery
• Communicate with all levels of management orally and in writing
• Resolve complex problems that impact system availability

Qualifications Requirements:

• Active Secret security clearance required
• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college/university, in computer engineering, electrical engineering, computer science, or information technology
• Expert understanding of Agile methodologies

Desired Qualifications:

• 8 years combined relevant experience project management support
• Excellent oral and written skills
• Excellent critical thinking skills
• Proficient in Microsoft applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Ability to work independently and as a team member
• PMP/PMI certification
• Quality Certification (ITIL, or other)
• Agile or Scrum certification
