Dynamic Solutions Technology, LLC, a premier strategic services firm that meets IT and Service needs for commercial and government clients, is seeking a full-time Senior Infrastructure Engineer. This exempt position is in Washington, DC.

Responsibilities:

Senior Infrastructure Engineering expertise to support Operations & Maintenance (O&M), day to day infrastructure sustainment, direct touch maintenance and, sustainment and provisioning. This position is in Washington, DC.

Experience Required:

• Develop and maintain work products in the form of IT roadmaps, strategic network plans, engineering configurations, rack elevations, bills of materials, and implementation plans
• Analyzing IT architecture to satisfy existing and emerging needs for near, medium and long-range planning (up to five years) using Department of Defense (DoD) and commercial standards
• Develop and integration of infrastructure products in the form of IT roadmaps, engineering configurations, rack elevations, floor plans, lists/bills of materials, and implementation plans.
• Designing, planning, implementing, management, developing/maintaining infrastructure diagrams and records, evaluation of the next product offering and strategic network planning activities
• Knowledge and experience with inside plant systems, outside plant systems, data centers, local and campus area networks, telecommunications systems and architectures, and bonding/grounding systems
• Use of industry best practices to design, plan and implement solutions
• Provide the Government with recommendations for lifecycle and modernization efforts related to the assigned systems
• Resolve complex problems that impact system availability

Qualification Requirements:

• Active Top- Secret clearance with possibility of SCI approval
• BS/BA in Civil Engineering, Engineering, or related technical discipline
• Minimum of 12 years of relevant experience
• 8140/8570 IAT II compliant
• BICSI Technician
• BICSI Registered Communications Distribution Designer (RCDD) within 12 months of on-board date

Desired Qualifications:

• MA/MS or equivalent in an IT or Engineering related discipline.
• Knowledge and experience with HVAC systems and auxiliary power systems.
• BICSI certifications in priority order:
  • BICSI RCDD
• BICSI Fiber
• BICSI Copper
• Quality Certification (ITIL, or other)
• Excellent communicator
