Essential Job Tasks to be performed

• Conducts individual, family, and couples therapy.
• Responsible for developing comprehensive mental health assessments and treatment plans.
• Responsible for timely documentation of progress notes, treatment plans
• Performs other related duties as required.
• Must have a Qualified Mental Health Professional certificate or be willing to obtain one within the first year of employment.
• Able to perform sessions using virtual technology and coach clients in use of virtual technology.

Qualifications and Education Requirements

• Master’s degree with 3 years course work in Counseling, Marriage and Family, Clinical Psychology, or Social Work or a related mental health field required.
• QMHP eligible required.
• Experience with intake assessments or clinical treatment planning formulation required.
• Experience with a variety of treatment approaches preferred
• Experience implementing evidence-based treatment approaches preferred
• Experience with the administrative components of treatment (case documentation).
• Demonstrated ability to work as part of a treatment team.
• Must meet any required state certification or licensing criteria.
• Preference to applicants bilingual in English and Spanish, but not required.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $63,000.00 per year
