What You’ll Be Doing

• Streamline concrete delivery operations by coordinating concrete needs and scheduling deliveries based on project requirements.
• Optimize truck utilization and minimize wait times by efficiently managing the dispatch board and assigning priority to deliveries.
• Ensure smooth communication between customers, drivers, and internal teams by acting as the primary point of contact, providing timely updates.
• Maintain accurate records, generate reports, and analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and enhance operational efficiency.
• Proactively identify and resolve potential issues, collaborating with stakeholders to develop creative solutions and minimize disruptions to the delivery schedule.

What You’ll Bring to the Table

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
• 1 years of experience in dispatching or a similar logistical coordination role.
• Proficiency in dispatching software or relevant computer systems.
• Organizational and time management skills with the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with customers, drivers, and internal teams.
