Plan, coordinate and execute all computer and system related activities within the company.

Principal Responsibilities:

• IT security
• Data preservation
• Maintain network infrastructure and hardware
• Provide full-service user support on a timely basis
• Identify training opportunities and train users as needed
• Serve as point person on ERP system, maintaining user security, coordinating updates, training & issue resolution
• Perform analysis and needs assessments across the company and make recommendation
• Must maintain current overall and job specific trainings
• Provide assistance on special projects as requested
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications and Educational Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science
• 7 years IT roles of increasing responsibility
• Strong interpersonal skills, familiarity with IT best practices, detail oriented and able to meet deadlines.
• Active Directory and Exchange experience
• Multi-location experience
• Manufacturing experience preferred
• Discretion in managing proprietary information belonging to the Company
