Position Location: Onalaska, WI 54650
Total Compensation: $90,000-$115,000
Purpose & Summary: As the IT Operations Manager, you will lead the team that manages our Networking, Security, Help Desk, Databases, and Infrastructure, seamlessly balancing hands-on expertise with visionary leadership. Beyond day-to-day operations, you'll steer key technology projects and nurture vendor relationships, while supporting the technology needs to drive business priorities and stay on the cutting edge of our industry.
Responsibilities include:
Education & Experience: 3-5 years of IT leadership, including infrastructure, security, database, and help desk management plus a bachelor's degree in Computer Science. Additional relevant experience is accepted in lieu of a degree.
Skills & Abilities:
Outstanding candidates will have worked in an agile, fast-paced environment and have professional certifications and credentials such as ITIL, CISSP, CompTIA, Security , and Network .
