Location: Onalaska, WI

Position Type: New!

Compensation: $71,000 - $88,000 annually

Purpose & Summary: As a Business Analyst I at Dynamic Lifecycle Innovations, you are responsible for general analysis of business, operations, sales and financial information. You will prepare and deliver insights, support analytical decision-making, and articulate financial results.

Day-to-day responsibilities may include:

  • Analyze business, operations, sales, and financial information.
  • Create models.
  • Prepare and & provide standardized reporting & recommendations to drive velocity and accuracy in decision-making.
  • Identify solutions and opportunities to build profitable growth.
  • Support divisional business planning initiatives through research & analyses on markets, customers, competitors, downstream vendors, and capital investments.
  • Lead small projects for improvement initiatives, facilitate multi-functional stakeholder groups in process definition, redesign and implementation.

Requirements: An Associate's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or a related field along with at least one year of experience with financial analysis, accounting, profit and loss, ERP's and business processes. We will also consider additional relevant experience in lieu of a degree. Other qualifications include:

  • Bachelor's Degree in finance, accounting, business or related field
  • Knowledgeable of business planning, financial planning and operational analysis

  • Experience with Business Intelligence (BI) platforms like Microsoft Power BI
