Daily challenges :

No, this is NOT ANOTHER Call Center Job!We train, nurture, and grow our employees’ technical competencies so they can resolve the problem themselves and become better at what they do! The position is perfect for candidates with little or no IT experience and with a motivated mindset who want to explore the IT world.

Your day-to-day work will involve interaction with customers across the globe, through multiple support communication channels (voice, email, chat, portal).

You will provide technical issue resolution in a positive and professional manner. Don’t worry, we will help you every step of the way with comprehensive technical training.

eXperience and skills required :

Excellent Spanish and English Language

Excellent Communication & Interpersonal Skills

General IT knowledge

Previous IT Experience

Understanding of Windows ОS (Windows 7, Windows 10)

Knowledge of Microsoft Apps MS Office, O365, Outlook, Teams
