Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer service-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative with Sales Experience for the 11am-7pm shift at Dwyer Services in Manasquan, New Jersey. This is an individual contributor role that requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and promoting sales to our valued clients.
Compensation & Benefits:
This is a full-time, salaried administrative position with a pay range of $15 to $22 per hour, paid weekly. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner
- Assist customers with placing orders, resolving issues, and providing product information
- Utilize upselling and cross-selling techniques to promote additional products or services to customers
- Maintain and update customer accounts and records in our database
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient and effective customer service and sales processes
- Monitor and track customer orders, shipments, and returns
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns
- Uphold company policies and procedures to maintain high-quality customer service standards
- Meet sales targets and goals set by the company
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework preferred
- 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a sales-oriented environment
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and experience with CRM software
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible to work the 11am-7pm shift, Monday through Friday
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is a plus
