Job Summary :

Dwyer Services is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Heating and Air Conditioning Technician to join our team in Manasquan, New Jersey.

As a full-time employee, you will be responsible for providing top-notch HVAC services to our clients in a timely and professional manner.

This is a technician / service role, and the individual hired will have the opportunity to work independently and showcase their expertise in HVAC systems.

This position offers a competitive salary and benefits package, with a compensation range of $60,000 to $120,000 per year, paid weekly.

Responsibilities :

• Perform installations, repairs, and maintenance on heating and air conditioning systems, including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and boilers.
• Diagnose system malfunctions, make necessary repairs or replacements, and ensure systems are functioning properly.
• Conduct routine preventative maintenance on HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
• Communicate effectively with clients to identify their needs, provide recommendations, and answer any questions or concerns.
• Follow safety protocols and regulations while working on job sites.
• Keep accurate records of services provided and equipment used.
• Stay updated on industry developments and advancements in HVAC technology.

Requirements :

• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant trade school or certification preferred.
• At least 3-5 years of experience working as an HVAC technician.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Strong technical skills and knowledge of HVAC systems and components.
• Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams and manuals.
• Excellent problem-solving and time-management skills.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Physical ability to lift heavy equipment and work in various weather conditions.
