Duties:
- Greet and assist prospective tenants in a friendly and professional manner
- Conduct property tours and provide information about available units
- Process rental applications and verify applicant information
- Coordinate move-in and move-out processes, including inspections and lease signings
- Respond to tenant inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a timely manner
- Maintain accurate records of tenant interactions and lease agreements
- Assist with property maintenance tasks as needed -Collaborate with the leasing team to achieve occupancy goals and provide excellent customer service to existing and prospective tenants.-Assist in organizing and coordinating resident events or activities to enhance tenant satisfaction and engagement. -Communicate with Airbnb guests and visit properties as needed during the evening and weekend on call schedule

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or property management preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in office software applications (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Suite)
- Excellent phone etiquette and customer relationship management skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities effectively
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to negotiate lease terms with prospective tenants
- Data entry skills for maintaining accurate tenant records -Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team. -Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or holidays as required. - Knowledge of fair housing laws and leasing practices is desirable
